From Longmont to Timnath, ABD Remodeling has spent a lot of time inside kitchens and bathrooms across Northern Colorado. Every home comes with its own layout, its own light, its own list of what’s not working anymore. Here’s a look at seven recent projects and the spaces they became.
1. Longmont, Colorado
This full kitchen remodel was built for a home chef’s dream: custom cabinetry from top to bottom, finished in a sage green that grounds the whole space. It’s one of our favorite Longmont projects to date, clean lines and a layout designed for someone who actually cooks, not just displays a kitchen.
2. Boulder, Colorado
A legacy client came to us wanting a clean kitchen replace, nothing structural, just a better version of what was already there. What came out of it was one of the highest-end kitchens we’ve built in the Boulder hills, and it planted the seed for what became our Rapid Refresh approach: proof that you don’t need to touch the layout to completely change how a space feels.
3. Loveland, Colorado
This project meant extending a historic home without it looking like an addition, matching character, scale, and detail so the new space feels like it was always there. You can see how it came together in this Loveland project we shared on Instagram.
4. Wellington, Colorado
This project came together fast: a long-time client of ours bought a new home in Wellington and wanted it updated right away, before she’d even finished settling in. We reworked the kitchen to actually support how she lives day to day, not just how the space looked on move-in day. We’ve shared more on this one if you want the full story.
5. Fort Collins, Colorado
This one was personal from the start. The home had been in her family for years and she grew up there before it became hers. She wanted to keep the pieces that felt like home while updating the space to reflect her and her husband’s own story, heavily influenced by the Southwest. 6. Timnath, Colorado
This one’s a fun departure from our usual remodel work: a two-bed, one-bath ADU built above a garage, designed to match an existing structure already on the lot. It’s now a short-term rental, popular with traveling nurses who need a place to land for a few weeks at a time. A small footprint, but a great showcase for what our build side can do beyond kitchens and baths.
7. Westminister, Colorado
A bit south of our usual range, this project started as flood repair after water damage forced a full gut of most of the home’s living spaces. What could’ve been just a restoration turned into an opportunity to do two things at once: bring back the house they’d always loved, while giving them a space that felt more current than it did before the flood ever happened.
