Green
Fresh off every paint company naming various shades of green as their color of year, we have already begun to notice the trend spreading through to our clients’ homes. With a color as tranquil as green, it’s no wonder that after a tumultuous couple of years we are searching for tones to put our spaces in a more harmonious state. “Nature’s Neutral” definitely can add a bit of serenity to your spaces as well.
Natural Tones and Textures
This same focus on the peace of nature extends to texture and tones that can be added to our spaces in the coming year. These elements can really elevate a living space to the casual and inviting comfort that so many of us have sought out in our homes. Rich wood and neutral colored furniture can warm up a space. Even simple additions of metals and clay décor can have the same effect.
Black Accents
With all of the natural textures and colors picked out, black accents offer a bit of contrast. In the most-simple sense, the color black offers a difference in dimensions with the ability to open up the space. In especially small spaces, like a bathroom, black trims and accents can make the space feel much larger and provide intense contrast with traditionally white plumbing fixtures.
