Christopher Swetnam has worked in the construction industry for 20 years and joins the ABD team with strong local relationships in the building community.
He comes from craftsmen roots and his building rapport includes an Alaskan Log Cabin, a Net Zero home in Fort Collins, mountain building, and a multitude of remodels, additions, and rebuilds. In 2008, Christopher’s team won the Colorado Governor’s Award for the historic restoration of the Ault High School in Ault, Colorado.
Christopher is from Flagstaff, Arizona and after earning his bachelor’s degree he moved to Alaska and then to Colorado. At heart, he is a family man, boatman, and artist and enjoys creating furniture or building Grand Canyon Dory boats from scratch. Christopher can be found with his wife Sunshine and children Nellie and Asa, exploring the wilderness, at the oars of his boat or at an ice rink. Additionally, Christopher is a volunteer coach for a local youth hockey travel team.
